1. Controller
The controller for the data processing on this website is:
René Will Tesch
trading under the business name „Tesch Corporate Solutions“
Wendenring 37

Germany
Email: contact@teschcorporatesolutions.com
2. General information on data processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website, to process contact requests or to safeguard legitimate interests. The processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 München, Germany.
When this website is accessed, the web server automatically processes information transmitted by the visitor's browser. This may include in particular:
- shortened IP address (IPv4 without the last octet, IPv6 shortened to the first two blocks)
- Date and time of access
- file or page accessed
- amount of data transferred
- referrer URL
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
This data is processed in order to ensure the technical provision, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free provision of this website.
The IP address is shortened by the web server before the entry is written, so no complete IP address is stored in the access log. This data is not merged with other data sources, is not evaluated for marketing or analytics purposes, is not used to build profiles and is not transferred to any other system. The log files are rotated daily and are kept for a maximum of 14 days, after which they are deleted automatically. Separate technical error logs may still contain the full IP address of the requesting device, because the web server writes them in a fixed format; these error logs are subject to the same 14-day deletion period.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the personal data you transmit, in particular your email address, your name, the content of your message and, where applicable, further information voluntarily provided.
The processing is carried out in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your request is aimed at pre-contractual or contractual communication, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in handling incoming requests.
Enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship are deleted at the latest six months after the enquiry has been dealt with. Where a message becomes part of a contractual relationship or of business correspondence subject to statutory retention, it is kept only for the applicable statutory retention period.
Incoming email for this domain is technically handled by Microsoft Exchange Online (Microsoft 365). The mail servers published for the domain point to Microsoft. Your message is therefore processed on Microsoft systems before it reaches us. The processing serves solely to receive and answer your enquiry. Your message is not passed on for advertising purposes and is not used for advertising. The retention period stated above applies.
5. Contact form
You can send us a message through the contact form on our home page. The form transmits your entry over an encrypted connection to our own server; it does not use any third-party form service.
Mandatory fields are your name, your email address, a subject and your message. Company and country or gateway are optional and may be left empty.
In addition, your IP address is processed solely to protect the form against misuse, in particular to limit the number of messages sent from one connection. The IP address used for this is held only in the server's memory, for no longer than 24 hours, and is discarded whenever the service restarts. It is not stored together with your message. The contact form service does not write it to its service log and does not use it for any other purpose. Independently of this, the web server keeps general access and error logs. Those are governed solely by the section “3. Hosting and server log files” of this privacy policy.
The purpose is to receive, process and answer your enquiry, including any pre-contractual communication, and to keep the form secure. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in secure, efficient communication that is protected against misuse.
This website is hosted by Contabo GmbH. Your message is sent via Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online and handled in the mailbox contact@teschcorporatesolutions.com. Microsoft acts as a processor for us and may engage its own subprocessors. Processing outside the European Union cannot be ruled out. The applicable data protection safeguards are set out in the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum. Under that addendum, transfers of personal data out of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland to third countries are subject to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses implemented by Microsoft under Article 46 GDPR, in the version adopted by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021. In addition, Microsoft is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, including the Swiss-U.S. version and the UK Extension.
Enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship are deleted at the latest six months after the enquiry has been dealt with. Where a message becomes part of a contractual relationship or of business correspondence subject to statutory retention, it is kept only for the applicable statutory retention period.
Your details are not used for advertising or profiling and are not passed on for advertising purposes. We do not keep a separate form database: the message is delivered by email only.
6. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar begins with „https://“.
7. Language setting and local storage
This website stores exactly one value in the local storage of your browser (“localStorage”): the language you selected — “en”, “de” or “zh”. Nothing else is stored. No cookies are set for this purpose.
The purpose is solely to present the website in the language you explicitly requested. There is no analysis, no profiling and no transfer to third parties. Storing and reading this value on your device is based on § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, because it is strictly necessary to provide the service you expressly requested. Where personal data is processed in this context, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functioning, language-correct website). You can delete the stored language at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this website; the site then falls back to your browser language.
8. Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website currently does not use any analytics cookies, marketing cookies or tracking technologies. In particular, no services such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or Hotjar are used.
A cookie banner is currently not used, as according to the current status no analytics or marketing technologies requiring consent are used. Should the website use such services in the future, this privacy policy will be adapted and the necessary consents will be obtained.
9. Locally hosted fonts
This website uses fonts stored locally on its own server. Therefore, no connection to external font services such as Google Fonts is established when the website is accessed.

Within the framework of the legal requirements, you have the following rights:
- Right of access pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR
- Right to rectification pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR
- Right to erasure pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR

11. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data.
The competent supervisory authority for Lower Saxony is:
